Academy, we develop school-work alternation paths and practical training, offering students the opportunity to learn technical skills directly in the company, alongside qualified personnel.
The project includes training activities dedicated to the most motivated students, who can participate in structured paths within the company. During the program, students are involved in practical activities related to electrical panels, material processing, and the basics of plant engineering, developing real skills in a professional context.
